Agent DM ("we," "us," or "our") operates agentdm.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

• Your primary platform preference (LinkedIn, X, Instagram)
• Your role (SDR, AE, Founder, etc.)
• Messages and writing samples you provide to calibrate your voice profile
• Prospect lists and CRM data you upload or connect

Information we collect automatically

• Pages visited and features used (via PostHog analytics)
• Browser type, operating system, and IP address
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

Platform data

When you connect a social platform, we access only the permissions you explicitly grant. We read your past messages to calibrate your voice profile and send messages on your behalf after your explicit approval. We do not store message content longer than necessary to operate the service.

How we use your information

• To provide and improve the Agent DM service
• To generate personalized messages in your voice
• To send you product updates and early access communications (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the product
• To prevent abuse and ensure platform compliance

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the product (cloud infrastructure, analytics, email)
• AI model providers to generate message content — we do not use your data to train third-party models
• Law enforcement when required by applicable law

Data retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@agentdm.io. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies for session management and analytics. You can opt out of analytics cookies by dismissing the cookie banner. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the service to function.

Your rights

Children

Agent DM is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
